Mentoring is an increasingly popular way of providing guidance and support to employees and employers. Mentoring is very much worth doing, but it is imperative that programs implement proven, research-based best practices if they are to achieve their desired outcomes. This is where CS&CO come in, we have dedicated experienced Indigenous Mentors who live and are active members in the communities in which they work. 

To achieve our goal to make our communities more job ready & employers more support ready, we need to manage the needs of Indigenous Jobseekers, Parents, Families and Groups, by ensuring that programs and support systems are appropriately tailored to their assessed level of work readiness and capability. We do this through Individual Skills analysis with each of our participants and the coordination of various Community and Government support services for a holistic “wrap around” work readiness.
